Founder’s Story

It all started in 2017, in the quiet corners of a Dubai home. Aysha Bin Huwaireb, driven by an insatiable curiosity for coffee, spent countless hours experimenting—testing water pressure, perfecting flavor profiles, and mastering ratios until each cup met the exacting standards of the Specialty Coffee Association.

What began as passion evolved into mastery. Through years of dedicated practice, Aysha developed an intimate understanding of coffee machinery, learning to distinguish the subtle nuances each machine could produce. By 2020, her expertise had grown into confidence—confidence that led her to share her craft through workshops with coffee enthusiasts and prestigious organizations like Zabeel Ladies Club.

In 2021, the dream took physical form with the launch of her first café in Jumeirah. That same year, TRIO’s excellence was showcased at Expo2020, where millions of guests experienced Aysha’s vision—a celebration of coffee, travel, and design where every cup tells a story.
